Sheriff Sniff Has Gay Captain Cry Crocodile Tears In Order To Steal The LGBTQ Vote
.
9/26/18 – The Sheriff’s Race has entered its final phase, and the Sniff campaign is mired in mud. Sniff knows he is trailing Bianco, so out come the dirty tricks.
As we know, some of Sniff’s captains have already defected to the Bianco camp (see story), but there are still numerous holdouts that remain. One of them is Sniff’s openly gay Moreno Valley Captain, Police Chief David “Kurly” Kurylowicz. Kurly’s apparent mission : divert the gay vote towards Sniff, by going to Palm Springs and accusing Chad Bianco of being “anti-gay”.
.
ATTACKS ORCHESTRATED BY SNIFF – BEHIND THE SCENES
The plan is simple: even if anti-gay accusations cannot be supported by hard evidence, they should create enough doubt in voters minds to deliver most LGBTQ votes to Stan Sniff.
While Sniff’s campaign has made no accusations of this nature about Bianco, press reports show that Sniff personally involved himself behind the scenes, in order to exploit the (false) narrative to his benefit.

DESERT SUN : SNIFF AND KURLY MET PRIVATELY WITH PALM SPRINGS COUNCILMAN KORS PRIOR TO COUNCIL MEETING TO DISCUSS “ANTI-GAY” BIANCO
According to an article published by the Desert Sun, two days prior to the September 20th council meeting , Stan Sniff, Kurly Kurylowicz and Palm Springs councilman Geoff Kors had a meeting discussing the allegations against Bianco, (view article). Kurly’s upcoming appearance before the Palm Springs city council was imminent and would feature the narrative: Chad Bianco is “anti-gay”.
The gay councilman apparently was all ears, and Kurly was provided with unrestricted access to the council meeting, without being limited by the usual time restraints of public comment. This enabled Kurly to deliver his claim before the gay community of Palm Springs in an effective manner. That Kurly doesn’t live anywhere near Palm Springs didn’t seem to matter.

“POOR ME” – KURLY’S OSCAR WORTHY, CROCODILE-TEARED PERFORMANCE BEFORE THE PALM SPRINGS CITY COUNCIL
And so it goes. At the council meeting on September 20th, a tearful Captain Kurly Kurylowicz claimed to be severely traumatized by Chad Bianco’s actions.
In one of the most melodramatic performance ever witnessed from a law enforcement professional, drama queen Kurly cries the council a river of crocodile tears. He makes several serious allegations of home “invasion”, “stalking”, and otherwise being personally “afraid” of a homophobic Chad Bianco. There is only one problem with this soap opera: “victim” Kurly does not provide any evidence to the council – because he has none.
No police report, no witnesses, no social media posts. Nothing. Zero. Zilch. Nada.

Kurly says he’s not there “to change votes”, yet in just two weeks, the ballots will be mailed out. It’s just pure coincidence. – Right!
Mayor Pro Tem J.R. Roberts first appears eager to buy into Kurly’s claim – hook, line and sinker. But only a few days later, things take a dramatic turn. In a subsequent KMIR segment, it becomes obvious that even Mayor Pro Tem Roberts has now come to realize that zero evidence has been offered by Chad Bianco’s accuser.
And all of a sudden, Kurly is not so certain anymore what Chad Bianco did or didn’t do. Watch KMIR’s story:

CAMPAIGN RECORDING SURFACES, EXPOSES KURLY’S STORY AS PURE FICTION
According to the Desert Sun article, Kurly claims that during a Bianco campaign event he attended, Bianco told him that there was no place for LGBTQ in his Sheriff’s Department.
Unknown to Kurly, the conversation was recorded by a bystander. It clearly shows that the dispute was about Kurly involving himself by influencing the endorsement of PORAC, the Police Officers Research Association of California, in favor of Sniff. Bianco appears to be quite upset about this.
Most importantly, however, the recording shows that no comments were made about LGBTQ issues by anyone that day. To listen click here.
By the way, had Kurly testified under oath before the City Council, he could have soon found himself among those who are commonly labeled as “Brady Cops”. Way to go, Captain !

CITY OF MORENO VALLEY SHOULD IMMEDIATELY DEMAND REPLACEMENT OF CHIEF KURYLOWICZ
It is extremely damaging to the image of any city to have a scandalous, confirmed liar as Chief of Police. Also, a Police Chief that creates drama, meddles in a county election or is creating public outrage reflects poorly on any community.
As a contract City, the Moreno Valley city council should immediately agendize a public review of the Police Chief’s conduct, to include his deceptive appearance before the Palm Springs city council, as well as all available Press and TV coverage.
The City of Moreno Valley has the right, as well as a duty to its citizens, to demand that Police Chief Kurylowicz be replaced at their discretion, without giving a particular reason.
In most cases, all it takes is a call from the City manager. This will force Sniff to remove Kurly and replace him with another Captain.
.
CONCLUSION
It seems that Sniff’s gay Moreno Valley Captain, David “Kurly” Kurylowicz, may have missed out on a much more suitable career. Given his stunning Palm Springs performance, his abilities as a dramatic actor seem truly remarkable, and may rival even the best in the business. Who knows, LGBTQ Hollywood might even consider awarding him with an Oscar nomination – for “Best Fiction”.
Stan Sniff has shown everyone that brown-nosed liars like Kurly Kurylowicz can enjoy a stellar career within his Department. And again, Sniff has shown us who he really is, when he participated in a meeting with Kurly and a Palm Springs council member. Their goal was to set the stage to smear Chad Bianco and steal his votes.
But the Mayor Pro Tem got cold feet, Kurly back paddled, and the entire soap opera ended up blowing up in Sniff’s face.
At the end of the day, this only confirms what we already knew: the RSO is run by one pathetic loser.
